"Error - VIN - LOCKED VIN does Not Match Original Vehicle" Well, I figured I was the recipient of a unit that someone bought, used and … WebNow this is where you need to know that if you buy a used flashpaq/flashcal it will be locked to whatever the vin is for the vehicle it came from and you will have to pay for them to fix it. Not fair if you ask me because its not your fault that it's vinlocked but it is your fault if you knowingly buy a used one.
