WebOne of my favorite books ever. Then I immediately read SoL. Also great. I just got done with Dead Man's Walk. I realize now I wish I knew this was a 4 book series and I read them in fictional chronological order. Lonesome Dove must be even so much more epic after reading the younger adventures of Call and Gus first. WebLD book first. Then chronological after that. Worked for me at least.
