The main causes of degraded volumes are lost disk writes (often due to improper shutdowns or power loss) or disk failures. Can you download the log zip file with RAIDar? If you can, then please post mdstat.log here, so we can see the RAID volume status. WebIndeed, thanks. For reference: I factory reset and formatted and was still blocked in the raid, so I shut it off and removed all discs and restarted. The I followed the instructions, after going to the IP through my web browser to initialize the system. Then when the disc menu came up, I started to reinsert them one by one, in a different order.
